Gebaur is a story set in the early 1200's. It was once a colony of the great England, but was eventually abandoned and left to take care of itself. Much to Englands despair Gebaur became an empire of its own right, and a force not to be provoked.

This is the story of her people, her leaders, and her tyrants.

Marrionette marries her life long love Adrian, and makes a deal with the devil- a nomad assassin.. the rival kills off her siblings as a way to levy peace talks with the king, but is convinced not to touch her. Marrionette must secure her future, while she watches herself slip into corruption.
